A free consultation is 15 minutes in length, and are a time for potential clients to ask questions and determine if establishing a therapeutic relationship with RootED Nutrition and Counseling is the right fit. However, please note that this communication is for informational purposes only, and does not constitute the establishment of a therapeutic relationship until a written agreement is made.

You privacy is of the upmost importance. Your health information is always kept private, however, please do not include any confidential information in the contact form. After a relationship is established, I will have you complete paperwork and provide personal information through the use of a HIPAA compliant platform.
